Euro price in the Dominican Republic this Monday, February 16, 2026

The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic published the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the euro for this Monday, February 16, 2026, as follows:

The market in financial institutions recorded a selling rate for the euro of RD$76.85 and a buying rate of RD$72.38.

These figures represent a recovery for the local currency compared to the previous day, with an appreciation of 0.24% in the sale and 0.52% in the purchase.

In the Remittance and Exchange Agents sector, the euro’s quotation also showed a downward trend in favor of the Dominican peso. The selling rate closed at RD$75.06 and the buying rate at RD$73.00.

The long-term perspective continues to reflect an appreciation of the euro, with an annualized depreciation of the peso of -13.54% in the sale compared to RD$66.44 registered a year ago.
