The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic published the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the euro for this Monday, January 12, 2026, as follows:
Financial entities set the buying price of the euro at RD$72.46 and the selling price at RD$76.84.
These values reflect a relative stability compared to the previous day, where the buying rate was RD$72.52, which represents a positive variation (appreciation) of 0.08%.
On the other hand, the sales rate experienced a slight downward adjustment of -0.02% compared to the previous day.
For their part, remittance and exchange agents reported slightly different rates, placing the purchase at RD$73.30 and the sale at RD$75.26.
In this sector, a daily depreciation of -0.17% was observed in the purchase rate compared to the previous day, while the selling rate showed an appreciation of 0.08%.
