The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic published the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the euro for this Wednesday, July 29, as follows:

In financial institutions, the euro purchase rate stood at RD$65.02, while the selling rate reached RD$69.21.

Compared to the previous day, the local currency experienced a slight depreciation of 0.20% in the purchase rate (when the euro was acquired at RD$ 64.90), but showed an appreciation of 0.21% in the over-the-counter selling rate.

The peso has appreciated by 1.26% compared to the purchase rate from a month ago (RD$ 65.84).

For their part, Remittance and Exchange Agents reported a purchase rate of RD$66.09 and a sale rate of RD$68.31.

In this sector, the Dominican peso showed an appreciation of 0.18% in the purchase price compared to the previous day and a similar long-term strengthening trend, with a recovery of 10.77% since the close of the year 2025.
