The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic published the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the euro for this Wednesday, September 8, as follows:
In the Financial Entities segment, the average purchase rate for the euro stood at RD$66.33 and the sale rate at RD$70.41.
When comparing with the rates from a month ago (RD$65.07 for purchase and RD$69.44 for sale), variations of -1.91% for purchase and -1.39% for sale are observed.
For their part, Remittance and Exchange Agents set a purchase rate of RD$67.44 and a sale rate of RD$69.19.
Compared to the figures from a month ago (RD$66.57 for purchase and RD$68.55 for sale), the variations were -1.28% in the purchase and -0.92% in the sale.
The retail foreign exchange market for the euro showed stable quotes today, recording marginal daily variations in both market segments and consolidating a sustained appreciation trend compared to the 2025 close and figures from a year ago.
