Santo Domingo. – José Dantés, legal secretary of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), favored that Santiago Hazim and co-defendants in the SeNaSa case carry out their judicial process in freedom, and asked that a spectacle not be made in Justice with that case. In a message transmitted via his X account, he stated: “May Dr. Santiago Hazim and the other defendants in the investigation of the SeNaSa embezzlement be fully respected their rights and guarantees: without apparatus, nor bulletproof vests and helmets for the photo, without leaks to the media of what should remain in the file, nor disproportionate coercive measures. Hopefully they can face their process in freedom and prepare their technical defense, as corresponds in a State of law, because justice is not done with a show,” he said.
