The procedure, endorsed by doctor Domingo Guerra Pimentel, consists of six sessions of regeneration and genetic therapy with an individual cost of 7,600 dollars, for a total of 45,600 dollars. This treatment seeks to improve the functionality of muscles, nerves, and sphincters, enhance the patient’s quality of life, and reduce long-term complications. Payano, who began his career as a DJ in 2011 and has three children, stated: “What I need is help to be able to walk and work again. I don’t want to depend on anyone, I’m just looking for an opportunity with the help of God and the solidarity of the people.”
