During the broadcast, the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, stated that the Justice Plan of the future 2034 is not simply an institutional event of the Judiciary, it is an act of democratic maturity, vision of state and commitment to the future of the country. The plan aims to impact the population with greater access, with a more digital, faster, and closer justice system, reducing time and costs; and with transparency and trust, understanding that by planning with a vision for the future, accountability and the perception of judicial independence are strengthened.“That’s why this plan doesn’t impose a vision, it calls for a permanent conversation, a roadmap for action and a mirror of our institutional maturity; its strength lies not only in the goals it addresses, but in the values and ethical principles that sustain it, to serve with integrity, to act with responsibility, to exercise the judicial function with respect and empathy,” Molina stated.

Future Justice 2034 rests on three fundamental pillars: Agile Justice (0% Overdue). This strategic pillar seeks to eradicate judicial delays and ensure decisions are made within the established deadlines, to offer “just-in-time” justice based on orderly, efficient, and quality processes. Also Accessible Justice (100% access), in this area we act diligently so that people in vulnerable conditions fully access the service, and finally, Transparent Justice (100% Transparency), which includes assertive communication, accountability with integrity and promotion of spaces for social participation. The values that guide institutional action in the context of the Plan are: commitment, excellence, exemplary conduct, trust, and transparency. While the Mission-Vision promotes a justice system focused on people, which guarantees dignity, freedom, and equality.
