Colombian singer Karol G joins a charitable cause with the launch of a special edition of the “Baby Pelón“, a doll created to accompany children facing cancer. The initiative is promoted by the Juegaterapia Foundation in collaboration with the Con Cora Foundation, a social project led by the artist. This new model corresponds to Baby Pelón number 44 within the collection. Baby Pelones are dolls without hair that symbolize support and empathy towards pediatric oncology patients. Over time, they have become an emblem of hope, resilience, and solidarity. This special edition incorporates distinctive elements of Karol G’s style, such as colorful flowers, pastel tones, and graphic details representative of her artistic identity. In addition, it is a collection limited to 8,000 units, each numbered, which makes it a unique piece.

The doll has an approximate cost of 16.95 euros and is mainly available through Juegaterapia’s charity shop. Part of the funds raised will be allocated to the adaptation of hospital spaces and the creation of play areas for children undergoing treatment, with the aim of making their stay more bearable. Over the years, various entertainment figures have joined this cause, including Shakira, Alejandro Sanz, Luis Fonsi, Sebastián Yatra and Laura Pausini, as well as content creators and public figures who support the fight against childhood cancer. With this launch, the “Baby Pelón” project reaffirms its impact as one of the most important solidarity initiatives in favor of children, promoting both the humanization of hospitals and social awareness about childhood cancer.
