San Francisco de Macorís.– A man identified as Pedro Julio reported that he is facing a conflict with his ex-partner over the custody of a Chihuahua dog that, he claims, he has cared for and supported for more than 13 years.

The citizen explained that both are going through a separation process and that the controversy arose because his ex-partner intends to take the pet, a situation with which he does not agree due to the strong emotional bond he claims to have with the animal.

Let her take everything and leave me my dog, I work to support my dog”, expressed Pedro Julio when referring to the conflict he is having with the woman.

According to his version, the pet has been part of his life for more than a decade and he considers that he has been the main person responsible for its care and maintenance.

The complainant reported that the woman recently appeared at his workplace to claim the dog. After refusing to hand it over, he indicated that she went to the authorities to raise the situation.
