Santo Domingo.-The analysis of the records of the “Return to the Field” program shows that several beneficiaries in the municipality of Guerra had labor ties with the City Council at the time of the deliveries.
Of the 61 beneficiaries identified in that municipality, at least 15 worked in the city council in 2020, when the distribution of livestock was carried out. Among them is the mayor of Guerra, Francisco Rojas García, who received a cow. At that time, he earned a salary of RD$75,000 monthly. He currently earns RD$108,000. Also appearing are councilwoman Juana Francisca Santana Caminero with a salary of RD$45,000, Rodolfo Eulogio Concepción, who was the general secretary of the City Council with RD$13,500 and currently appears in Propeep with RD$70,000, and Gustavo Rafael Rodríguez Mercado, director of municipal planning with RD$15,000 at that time and today in the Secretariat of the Presidency with RD$70,000.Related News
