The Mexican Army Day is commemorated every February 19 in Mexico. This date recognizes the work, discipline, and commitment of the military forces in the defense of national sovereignty and support for the population in emergency situations.

The celebration dates back to 1913, when the Congress of Coahuila disavowed the government of Victoriano Huerta and granted powers to Venustiano Carranza to create the Constitutionalist Army, the antecedent of the current Mexican Army.
