The National Police, through the Anti-Kidnapping Department of the Central Directorate of Investigation (DICRIM), maintains an active search for eight men wanted by judicial arrest warrants for their alleged involvement in various kidnapping cases that occurred in different jurisdictions of the country.
The localization efforts are being carried out in coordination with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, in compliance with orders issued by the competent courts, as part of the ongoing actions to address this type of crime and ensure that those responsible are brought to justice.
Among the fugitives is Joan del Rosario Montero, also known as “Pepo”, who is wanted under arrest warrant No. 0170-FEBRUARY-2026, for being part of a criminal structure dedicated to kidnapping and multi-crime activities. Also sought in this same case is Reymin Daniel de Jesús, alias “Polaco” and “Bopa”, against whom the same judicial warrant is issued. Both are considered armed and have shown no intention of surrendering.

Likewise, Alfredo Vásquez Severino, alias “Chimbala”, is being sought under arrest warrant No. 2025-AJ0059772, for his alleged involvement in a kidnapping case that occurred on September 5, 2025, to the detriment of citizen Anthony Omar Pichirilo (a) “Popo”, in violation of Law 583-70 and other applicable legal provisions.
Similarly, the authorities are pursuing Elis Ismael Reynoso Almonte, alias “Cobrita”, and Gerard Rocha, known as “Gerard”, “El Patrón” and “Chapito”, who are wanted under arrest warrant No. 03666-2021 for their alleged participation in a kidnapping case recorded in La Altagracia province on June 22, 2021, to the detriment of Luisa Deyanira Medina Núñez and the now deceased Richard Bolívar Santana Santos.

Also remaining a fugitive is Juan Alexander Rodríguez Lora, alias “El Venezolano” and “El Chamo”, sought via warrant No. 2023-TAUT-02584 for a kidnapping case that occurred on July 21, 2023, to the detriment of citizen Alexis Alba Batista.
In another investigative process, Leonel Eliezer Tejeda Reynoso and Miguel Andrés Rodríguez Tejada, alias “La Chulada” and “La Chukada”, are being sought, as they are required under arrest warrant No. 2025-AJ0018022 for their alleged participation in the kidnapping of citizen Luigi González Castillo, which occurred on March 17, 2025.

The National Police reiterates that each of these fugitives is wanted for independent acts, in accordance with the corresponding investigations and judicial orders, and urges the public to collaborate with any information that contributes to their location and capture, by communicating confidentially with the Anti-Kidnapping Department through the phone number (809) 682-2151, extensions 2456, 2435, 2437 and 2441.
