Members of the National Police arrested a man after receiving a report from a minor, who stated that he had been threatened with a weapon in the Parmarito sector of this city of La Vega. The detainee was identified as José Amauris Quiroz Tineo, 39 years of age, a resident of the La Carmelita sector, who was located after a preventive patrol carried out in the area. At the time of being searched, a blank pistol, Ceonic brand, model P320, black color, with its magazine and four (04) blank cartridges was seized from him. It should be noted that said weapon is not a lethal firearm. He was taken to headquarters for the corresponding purposes.
