National Police urges four fugitives to surrender for alleged criminal association and high-tech crimes
Santo Domingo.– The National Police, through the Central Investigation Directorate (DICRIM) and its Department of Fugitive Search and Capture, made a formal call to four people required by the justice system to surrender voluntarily, after being accused of their alleged involvement in crimes of criminal association and the use of high technology.
Among those wanted is Mabel Marlenys Furcal Rosario, alias “Marlenys”, who is actively sought through an arrest warrant for alleged violations of multiple articles of the Dominican Penal Code and Law 53-07 on High Technology Crimes and Offenses. According to the wanted poster released by the authorities, the accused is considered to be “heavily armed”.
Furthermore, the authorities identified the other fugitives as Iván Arturo Leguizamón Contreras, José Iguei Chicon Pérez, alias “El Flako”, and Carlos Miranda Furcal, alias “Chapito”, who also have outstanding arrest warrants for their alleged participation in the investigated events.
The law enforcement institution reiterated that it maintains active location operations to find the whereabouts of those involved, while urging them to avoid further legal consequences by surrendering through the appropriate channels.
