Madrid. – Within the framework of the International Tourism Fair (FITUR), the regulatory compliance specialist David San Andrés presented the proposal of Normativas.com, a company that seeks to establish itself as a meeting point for companies and institutions that wish to internationalize while complying with European compliance and anti-money laundering standards. San Andrés explained that the firm accompanies public and private organizations in the integral adaptation to community regulations, an essential requirement to operate and expand in the European market. “Our objective is to integrate regulatory compliance within the structure of companies, reducing risks and strengthening transparency,” he said. He detailed that Normativas.com operates with several strategic lines, including business regulatory compliance, the editing and adaptation of regulatory frameworks for public institutions such as town halls, councils and embassies, and compliance auditing, with continuous technical support for both the public and private sectors.

As a new element, he announced that the company is working on the creation of the first quality seal for regulatory compliance, intended to recognize governments, institutions and political organizations that demonstrate good practices in prevention and transparency. Furthermore, he advanced that the company is in an advanced stage of negotiating agreements with different entities, whose names are kept confidential until the contracts are signed. However, he confirmed that they are already advising companies in the real estate sector that are establishing sales channels in the Dominican Republic, a sector where regulatory compliance is key to guaranteeing legal security and trust to investors. San Andrés maintained, highlighting that compliance is now a global standard. “It doesn’t matter if a company operates in Spain, Santo Domingo, or New York: regulatory compliance is a common language,” he stated, recalling that any investment or urban development project must adhere to both community regulations and the laws of each country.
