NP arrests man by arrest warrant for alleged violation of the Law on High Technology Crimes and Offenses
La Vega, R.D. – Members of the Regional Sub-Directorate of Investigations of the National Police, La Vega, arrested a young man who was actively sought by judicial order for alleged violation of Law 53-07 on High Technology Crimes and Offenses.
This is Víctor Manuel Moronta Rodríguez, 19 years old, residing in the La Carmelita sector of this city, who decides to surrender because arrest warrant No. 2026-AJ0022307 was pending against him, issued on 03-21-2026 by the Permanent Attention Service Office of the Judicial District of La Vega.
According to investigations, the detainee is accused of alleged violation of Article 15 of Law 53-07, to the detriment of citizen Fermín de la Rosa Manzueta.
The person under investigation will be brought before the justice system for the corresponding legal purposes.
