Police seek man accused of violating several articles of the Penal Code in La Vega

La Vega, RD.– The Division of Investigations of Crimes and Offenses against Persons (DICRIM) of the National Police in La Vega issued a search and arrest warrant against Alex Reyes Jiménez, identified as a fugitive from justice and considered dangerous.

According to the notice issued by the authorities, Reyes Jiménez has an arrest warrant No. 2026-AJ0017765 against him, for allegedly violating several articles of the Dominican Penal Code, including numbers 2, 379, 382, 384, 385, 295 and 304. According to the report, the defendant is identified as the alleged perpetrator of acts committed to the detriment of Mr. Luis Miguel Espinal Pascual, in an incident that occurred on February 27, 2026 in the Guaco sector, of the city of La Vega. Authorities warned that the individual is considered dangerous and a fugitive from justice, and that he could be heavily armed, so they urged the population not to confront him and to report any information about his whereabouts.
