Santo Domingo. Businessman and content creator Santiago Matías announced that he will give RD$1 million to a follower in his community to boost an entrepreneurial venture, as part of a new initiative aimed at supporting small businesses.
Through a video posted on his social media, Matías explained that those interested only need to comment on the post with their business plan and how they would invest the million pesos. In addition, they must “like” the post and follow the Prince Matías and Alofoke accounts to participate.
The communicator reported that the winner will not only receive the capital to develop their project, but the process will also be documented by their work team, with the goal of showing the evolution of the venture and seeing if it manages to consolidate or fails.
“One million pesos for an entrepreneur just by writing your business plan in the comments, what you would invest this million pesos in, and letting our team document the whole process, to see if it fails or succeeds,” expressed Matías.
Likewise, he announced that next Tuesday he will announce the first “stream” following the conclusion of Planeta Alofoke, thus marking his return to live broadcasts.
