Among the individuals sought is Deyvi Luis Cruz, known as “Deivi,” who is considered by the authorities to be a highly dangerous person. His location and capture are required by arrest warrant No. 0119-MAYO-2026.
According to the preliminary report, Julio Esterling Lebrón Piña, 35 years old, suffered multiple gunshot wounds during an incident that occurred on April 20, 2026. The victim later died while receiving medical attention at a health center.
