Santo Domingo. – The urban artist Shadow Blow won two important awards at the Soberano 2026 Awards, winning in the categories Urban Artist of the Year and Collaboration of the Year, the latter along with Don Miguelo for the song “Zaza”.
During his acceptance speech, the interpreter highlighted the support of the businessman and communicator Santiago Matías, noting that the song was conceived within the Alofoke platform, where the idea that later became a success arose.
“The support was key, this song was born within Alofoke,” the artist expressed, recognizing the importance of this space in his career.
The Urban of the Year award highlights Shadow Blow’s impact on the industry during the last year, while the Collaboration of the Year award for “Zaza” demonstrates the connection achieved with the public alongside Don Miguelo.
With this double victory, Shadow Blow reaffirms his relevance in Dominican urban music and consolidates his position as one of the most influential exponents of the genre.
