Miami.- Colombian singer Shakira broke the Guinness World Record for the most successful Latin music tour by grossing $421.6 million for her ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour’, thus unseating Mexican Luis Miguel, reported the specialized media Billboard this Thursday. The interpreter from Barranquilla sold 3.3 million tickets in 86 shows, according to data obtained by Billboard Boxscore, surpassing the 2.9 million tickets for $409.5 million that the ‘Luis Miguel Tour 23-24’ had achieved. In fact, the artist obtained the record from her concert at the Vélez Sarsfield Stadium in Buenos Aires last December 11, when she had already reached $410.3 million in revenue, the report noted.
