TBS District 2025 Commissioner forwarded disciplinary regulations and social media to clubs

SANTO DOMINGO, RD.- The Basketball Association of the National District (Abadina), through the Commissioner of the 49th Superior Basketball Tournament (TBS Distrito 2025), sent to each of the participating clubs the disciplinary and social media regulations to be applied.

Professor Nelson Ramírez, Commissioner of TBS District 2025, by decision of the Abadina Executive Committee and the senior clubs, reported that the eight clubs, which are divided into two groups, A with Mauricio Báez, San Carlos, Huellas and Los Prados, and B, Bameso, El Barias, San Lázaro and El Millón, were duly informed and given their respective documents: disciplinary regulations and social media regulations. The district contest will begin on Saturday, September 20th, for the first time in history in the United States, at the Prudential Center in the city of Newark, New Jersey, in an NBA-style arena, with the “Game of Respect” between the Mauricio Báez and Bameso clubs. El Mauricio is the current champion of the capital’s competition, after winning the final against Bameso in 2024. The expected encounter at the iconic Prudential Center court, at 25 Lafayette in Newark-NJ, will be from 6:00 in the evening, whose tickets are on sale at www.Ticketmaster.com with prices ranging from 69 to 257 dollars.

The next day, Sunday the 21st, the actions move to the official headquarters of the district championship, which is the Ricardo Gioriber Arias Volleyball Pavilion, in a day of three matches, of the intergroup phase, at 3:00 in the afternoon, between the clubs El Millón and Los Prados. Then, at 5:00 p.m., the San Lázaro squads will clash against Huellas del Siglo, and in the closing, at 7:00 p.m., the Rafael Barias and San Carlos teams will face each other. Ramírez highlighted that we are rigorously following the steps in place until the “jump to the center” is sung on September 20th, since at the beginning of the week we also gave the clubs the competition calendar with their 40 dates and the game days which will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, and some Saturdays were also enabled. He informed that by September 10th, the teams must register 10 players in the technical office headed by Ramón Ceballos.
