The 14 protagonists of “Leading Women Republic Dominicana 2026” are announced

Santo Domingo.- In an effort to highlight the impact of female leadership in the communications and marketing industry, Adlatina and Ad Age, in partnership with the Dominican Association of Commercial Communication Companies (ADECC), formally announced the 14 professionals who will be distinguished in the second edition of “Leading Women Dominican Republic”.

The recognition, created by Ad Age 28 years ago, aims to highlight women with exceptional careers who are leaving an indelible mark on the advertising, marketing, media, and communications sectors. Over almost three decades, this initiative has established itself as one of the most relevant platforms to celebrate the strategic contribution of women and promote female leadership in this industry globally.

The Leading Women program, which has highlighted influential female figures in markets such as the United States, Europe, and Latin America, will, for the second time, recognize the talent, vision, innovation, and management capacity of women who are redefining the landscape of commercial communication in the Dominican Republic. The recognition ceremony, which will bring together the most influential leaders in the sector, will take place next Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at the El Embajador hotel in Santo Domingo.

The executives recognized this year have been selected for their ability to drive innovative strategies and strengthen the positioning of high-level brands. The distinguished professionals are Patricia Marcano, Marketing Director of Amadita; Noelia Merejo, Core Brands Manager at AB InBev; Yubelkis Ramírez, Vice President of Marketing at Banreservas; Belkis de la Cruz, Executive Business Director at Pagés BBDO; Wanda Montero, Country President of Ipsos Dominican Republic; Gina Jiménez, Regional Director of Marketing and Customer Experience at IMCA; Chiara Pennacchio, Global Marketing Director at Ron Barceló; Nathalia Martínez, Regional Marketing Manager ONE at Unilever; Patty Yunen, Commercial Vice President at Growth Digital; Lidia Castro, Director of Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability for the Caribbean region at The Coca-Cola Company; Liza Arzeno, Director of Institutional Relations and Altice Dominicana Foundation; Lara Guerrero, CEO at MG; Aurora Viñas, founder and director at Sax Sax Marketing; and Pamela Pitizia, COO at Meaningful Group.

Each of these professionals leads teams that contribute directly to the growth of the industry in the country and the region, marking the present and the future of strategic communication. With this edition, Leading Women reaffirms itself as an essential platform to recognize the leadership capacity of women who contribute to strengthening Dominican competitiveness.
