Washington.- U.S. President Donald Trump stated this Wednesday that he does not like outgoing Colombian President Gustavo Petro “at all,” and explained that he supported president-elect Abelardo de la Espriella during the campaign, whom he described as a “fighter.”
n” “n“I didn’t like the man who was president at all and I backed him (De la Espriella). He’s a fighter, a great fighter, a good fighter,” Trump declared to the press in the Oval Office of the White House.
n” “nTrump asserted that, with the victory of the far-right candidate, the United States achieved “a great victory” in Colombia, a country that, he said, is the “favorite place” of Secretary of State Marco Rubio, whose wife is of Colombian origin.
