Santo Domingo.– An SUV was engulfed in flames this Thursday morning in the Los Cacicazgos sector, in the National District, drawing the attention of residents and passersby who witnessed the incident.
Videos shared on social media show the vehicle on fire while several people approached the scene to observe what happened and capture images of the fire.
