Santo Domingo.- Clara Mercedes Ureña Tavares, 50 years old and a resident of Arroyo Hondo, has made an appeal to the community to help her find her mother and her three siblings, with whom she lost contact more than four decades ago.
As Clara Mercedes recounted, her mother, Carmen Altagracia Tavares, emigrated to Venezuela when she was just two years old. Since then, communication between them has been intermittent and, although she managed to reunite with her on a few occasions during her childhood, she lost all contact again.
Clara Mercedes, who lived her whole life with her grandmother after her mother left for Venezuela, explained that she never stopped looking for answers about the whereabouts of her relatives. The woman asserts that the desire to reunite with her mother has accompanied her since childhood and that, despite the years that have passed, she maintains the hope of seeing her again.

Clara explained that she has been actively searching for her for at least seven years, although she asserts that the desire to reunite with her mother has been with her throughout her entire life.

Likewise, he indicated that he is also trying to locate his three siblings, two women and one man, who allegedly reside in Venezuela. Among the names he remembers are Castoveri Abad and Tiriquito Abad, although he does not rule out that they may carry the surname Tavares.
“I have spent my entire life looking for her and I miss her. Please, help me find my mother,” she expressed emotionally during the interview.
Clara asks the public to share her story and provide any information that may help her locate her relatives.
