Santo Domingo Este.– The Permanent Attention Office of Santo Domingo Este will hear this Friday the request for a coercive measure against Erickson Antonio Bonilla Villalona, pointed out by the authorities as being involved in the death of a 15-year-old teenager who passed away after ingesting a toxic substance.
The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 in the morning, after the hearing for the measure was postponed due to issues with the defendant’s transport.
According to preliminary investigations, 20-year-old Bonilla Villalona and the teenager Génesis Portorreal Prandy were in a relationship. Authorities accuse him of allegedly forcing her to ingest herbicide, a substance that subsequently caused health complications and her death while she was receiving medical assistance.
The National Police also reported that a restraining order had previously been imposed on the young man for alleged assaults against the minor.
