Santo Domingo.– The Second Instruction Court, acting as the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services, is hearing this Saturday the request for a coercive measure against Yeudi Miguel Hernández Rodríguez, identified for his alleged link to the death of the young athlete Yeuri Rodríguez Batista.
The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 in the morning, in accordance with the hearing schedule of the Second Control Chamber.
According to the judicial document, the investigation is provisionally based on articles 265, 266, 296, 297, 379, and 382 of the Penal Code, as well as articles 66, paragraph II, and 67 of Law 631-16, on firearms, ammunition, and related materials.
The case file identifies the victims as Ramón Marino Rodríguez Jiménez, Yefry Ramón Rodríguez Batista, and Yeuri Rodríguez Batista, the latter of whom is deceased.

Hernández Rodríguez is under arrest and must appear before the court so that the precautionary measure he must comply with while the investigation progresses can be determined.
