Santiago.– A man passed away Sunday night after being involved in a traffic accident that occurred on Las Carreras Avenue, near the traffic light of the Monument to the Heroes of the Restoration, in this city.
The victim was preliminarily identified as Cristian, a resident of the Ensanche Bermúdez sector. So far, the authorities have not provided further details regarding his identity.
According to initial reports, the accident occurred for reasons that have not yet been determined by the relevant authorities. The vehicles involved in the incident have not been specified either.
The incident caused concern among residents and drivers traveling through the area, one of Santiago’s main thoroughfares.
