Santiago Hazim goes to the Attorney General’s Office amid investigation for alleged corruption in Senasa

Santo Domingo.- Former director of the National Health Insurance (Senasa), Santiago Hazim, went to the facilities of the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) this Saturday morning, amid the investigation against him for alleged administrative irregularities committed during his tenure. Hazim entered the building without making statements to the press, despite the questioning from the journalists who were present. The former official also did not specify the reason for his appearance before the prosecuting body. The former director of Senasa was accompanied by his lawyer, Miguel Valerio, while the investigation process carried out by the Public Ministry on the alleged case of administrative corruption continues.
