Santiago. A spectacular traffic accident that occurred on Thursday night in the Valle Universitario sector, near the La Barranquita sports complex, caused concern among residents and authorities after an SUV overturned after hitting several parked vehicles and, according to preliminary reports, was being driven by a minor.
The incident was recorded around 9:18 at night on the main Arismendi Peralta avenue in the Valle Universitario urbanization, where a red Mitsubishi Montero Sport SUV lost control and ended up overturned on the road after colliding with several parked cars, including a BMW vehicle that was affected.
According to preliminary information at the scene, the people traveling in the SUV were two girls between 13 and 14 years old, accompanied by a boy of approximately 11 years old.
The accident was captured by a security camera in the area, whose footage shows the moment the vehicle loses control and causes the chain of impacts.
Despite the magnitude of the accident, no injuries have been reported.
However, several vehicles suffered significant material damage.

Members of the National Police and agents of the General Directorate of Traffic and Land Transportation Safety (Digesett) arrived at the scene to carry out the corresponding investigation and begin inquiries to clarify the circumstances of the event and determine who was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident.
