Prices of essential fuels will remain frozen

Santo Domingo, D. N.- The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Mipymes (MICM) informed that the Government will maintain the prices of essential fuels without variation during the week of January 24 to 30, 2026, by allocating a subsidy of RD$128.7 million.

During the period indicated, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will be subsidized with RD$6.15 per gallon; Regular gasoil with RD$11.09, and Optimal gasoil with RD$8.32.

Fuel Prices

For the week of January 24 to 30, 2026, fuels will be sold at the following prices:
  • Premium Gasoline will be sold at RD$290.10 per gallon; price remains the same.
  • Regular Gasoline, RD$272.50 per gallon; price remains the same.
  • Regular Gasoil, RD$224.80 per gallon; price remains the same.
  • Optimal Gasoil, RD$242.10 per gallon; price remains the same
  • Avtur, RD$199.10 per gallon; increases RD$4.33
  • Kerosene, RD$231.60 per gallon; increases RD$4.70
  • Fueloil #6, RD$143.42 per gallon; increases RD$3.44
  • Fueloil 1%S; RD$160.31 per gallon; increases RD$0.78
  • Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), RD$137.20 per gallon; price remains the same.
  • Natural gas, RD$43.97 per m3 ; price remains the same.
The average weekly exchange rate is RD$63.38, from the daily publications of the Central Bank.
