Santo Domingo.- Dominican filmmaker Alfonso Rodríguez could not hold back tears during an interview while speaking about the health situation currently faced by actress Elizabeth Ruíz, the mother of his son Andrés.
Rodríguez was talking to communicator Luz García for her podcast, in the midst of promoting his return to television with the program “Bemberé”, when the subject of Ruíz provoked an emotional reaction in the producer as well.
“Superman also cries,” Rodríguez expressed through tears, while referring to the difficult moment he is facing with his family.
Although he preferred not to offer details about the actress’s health status, the filmmaker made it clear that it is a complicated and painful situation for her loved ones.
