The night will also be highlighted by the tribute to Elvis Crespo, who will be honored for his career. For Ebenezer, it will be a doubly significant moment, as he maintains a close artistic alliance with the Puerto Rican artist, with whom he recently released a renewed version of the classic “Luna llena”, adapted to typical merengue.
Since his official debut with the single “Bolero” in November 2024, Ebenezer’s impact has been notable. The song has millions of views on YouTube and has established him as a fresh voice within the merengue movement.
His most recent project, “Hipócrita”, has also generated conversation, especially after the release of his music video starring the communicator Nelfa Núñez, whose visual story has captured the attention of the public and the media.
In addition, the singer is among the nominees for Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the upcoming Glamour Music Awards RD, which will be held on November 10 in Santo Domingo.
With his participation in the Billboard Awards, Ebenezer Guerra takes an important step in his international projection, reaffirming that merengue is experiencing a new awakening with young talent at the forefront.
