Geneva.- Swiss police issued a national and international arrest warrant this Monday for the perpetrator or perpetrators of the shooting that occurred yesterday at an electronic music event, which left one person dead, a 22-year-old woman, and five injured.
The Federal Office of Police also confirmed the deployment of specialized personnel to the city of Aarau (canton of Aargau, in the north of the country), where the tragic event occurred, to coordinate the exchange of information between the authorities, since the investigations remain in the hands of the cantonal police.

The person or persons responsible for this drama had escaped before the Police arrived at the scene of the events, which occurred in the middle of the early morning.
However, the identity of the perpetrator or perpetrators—the police have not yet been able to determine how many there were—and the motives for the attack, which was carried out with at least two types of weapons, as shell casings of different calibers were found at the scene, remain unknown.
Some correspond to pistols or submachine guns, and others to an assault rifle.

However, for the Police this does not allow determining how many perpetrators there were, since it cannot be excluded that a single person used two weapons.
This is one of the few pieces of concrete evidence that investigators have collected so far, as they work around three equally weighted hypotheses regarding the motive for the shooting: a terrorist attack, an indiscriminate attack, and a criminal act, such as a settling of scores, although the latter has lost weight.
This is because the Aargau Police have not found any connection between those who suffered the attack, so they assume that they are random victims.
