At least 94 people have lost their lives and dozens more have been injured as a result of an Israeli attack perpetrated on the morning of this Sunday against Palestinians waiting for humanitarian aid in the Al Sudaniya area, northwest of Gaza City, reports the WAFA agency citing medical sources. Eyewitnesses and a WAFA correspondent confirmed that the forces of the Hebrew country opened fire on civilians who had gathered to receive assistance for their hungry families, detailing that the victims were unarmed and waiting in line. Furthermore, it has come to light that the corpses of many of those who died during the deadly attack remain in the streets, as rescue efforts are hampered by the continuous Israeli gunfire and the risk of new offensives.

Since the beginning of the hostilities, which took place on October 7, 2023, Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip have left a toll of at least 58,895 dead and more than 140,980 injured. Tel Aviv has ignored the calls of the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and the directives of the International Court of Justice urging to take measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the serious humanitarian situation in the Palestinian enclave.
