Haitian woman wanted for murder reappears in a video alongside alleged members of 400 Mawozo

Thomas, known as “Nice B”, is wanted by Haitian authorities for her alleged link to the death of a woman identified as “Baby Love”.
Haitian citizen Esther Thomas, known as “Nice B”, once again drew attention on social media after appearing in a live broadcast with Darlens Duclona, alias “Enspektè Tèt Kale”, who has been pointed out by Haitian media for his alleged ties to criminal structures in that country.
Thomas is wanted by the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police of Haiti for her alleged participation in a case involving the murder of a woman identified as “Baby Love,” as well as other crimes related to the incident.
The investigation originated following the dissemination of images of a machete assault that sparked outrage on social media. The woman’s reappearance comes after posts circulated suggesting she might be in Dominican territory. In light of those reports, the General Directorate of Migration informed that it activated its intelligence and coordination mechanisms with security agencies to establish her whereabouts.
At that time, the institution indicated that it had not received reports confirming Thomas’s location in the Dominican Republic, despite maintaining checks at various points in the country, including airports, ports, and border crossings. During the live broadcast, Duclona asserted that Thomas was in Haiti and that he had the protection of the criminal organization 400 Mawozo.
These statements were made by the participants in the audiovisual and do not, by themselves, constitute independent confirmation of their location or their links to the structure. The case has raised concerns about the violence perpetrated by armed gangs in Haiti and reports regarding the possible movement of individuals wanted by the justice system into Dominican territory. So far, the information consulted does not allow for the confirmation of Thomas’s arrest nor the establishment of a judicial sentence against him. His legal status and whereabouts must be clarified by the competent authorities.
