VIDEO: Trump says Nicki Minaj has a beautiful backside: “That’s hard to miss”

U.S. President Donald Trump drew attention Sunday after making a sexually suggestive comment about rapper Nicki Minaj’s physical appearance during a campaign rally in Michigan.

Speaking at the event in Port Huron, Trump referenced his recent jokes about Ohio Sen. Jon Husted’s physique before turning his remarks toward Minaj, who was attending the rally.

“I looked at [Husted’s] ass, and I’ve never done that with a man before. Off the record: Women yes, men no,” Trump said.

He then addressed Minaj directly, saying, “By the way, I looked at one hell of a beautiful ass before, Nicki Minaj,” before asking the rapper to stand up and adding, “That’s hard to miss.”

Trump subsequently said he hoped Minaj had not been offended by the remark and added that he appreciated her support.

Minaj joined Trump aboard Air Force One over the weekend as the president traveled to Michigan as part of his campaign efforts ahead of the November 3 midterm elections.

Her appearance comes as Trump continues a series of rallies across the country aimed at supporting Republican candidates in the upcoming congressional elections.
