“Jesus King” Camp 2026 sows a seed of faith in the hearts of 2,500 children

Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic.– With the purpose of bringing a message of faith, hope, and transformation to underprivileged children and adolescents, the Adoradores del Reino Church successfully held the 12th edition of the “Jesus King” Camp 2026, a journey dedicated to training, recreation, integration, and learning.

The activity took place at La Parada de la Cultura, located on Las Américas Avenue, Santo Domingo East, where around 2,500 children and adolescents from different sectors of Greater Santo Domingo and other provinces of the country were received.

The event was organized by Pastor Xiomary Veloz, of the Adoradores del Reino Church, who highlighted that the fundamental purpose of the camp goes far beyond offering a day of entertainment.

“We want every child to be able to know who Jesus was, discover His essence, and understand the message of love, hope, service, and transformation that He represents. Our desire is for that seed to be planted in their hearts and that, upon returning to their homes, they may do so with a different vision of life,” expressed Pastor Veloz.

During the camp, participants enjoyed recreational activities, team-building dynamics, learning spaces, and moments aimed at strengthening Christian values, ensuring that each experience contributed to leaving a positive mark on their lives.

The initiative, which brings together hundreds of families and volunteers each year, has as its central focus presenting Jesus to new generations in a close, dynamic, and understandable way, using fellowship and recreation as tools to transmit principles and values.

Pastor Xiomary Veloz also highlighted the commitment of the Adoradores del Reino Church to children and adolescents, especially those living in conditions of economic vulnerability, considering that providing them with opportunities for training, recreation, and spiritual guidance also constitutes a way to contribute to building a society with better values.

In its 12th edition, the “Jesus King” Camp thus reaffirmed its commitment to bringing hope to new generations, with the conviction that a word of love, a teaching, and a positive experience can become a seed capable of transforming a life.

The goal, according to its organizers, is for children not only to return home with memories of a special day, but also with a new vision, with values to put into practice and, above all, with the seed of Jesus sown in their hearts.
