Abinader appoints new vice ministers in the MICM by decree 170-26

Santo Domingo.– The President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, appoints four new vice ministers in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Mipymes (MICM), through decree 170-26. In that sense, Daniel Arturo Peña Fernández is appointed as Vice Minister of Foreign Trade; Rainiero Luis Martín Olivo Bordas as Vice Minister of Internal Trade; and Anibelca María Mena Susana as Vice Minister of Agroindustry Development. Likewise, Lucía Ynes Zorrilla Rodríguez is appointed Vice Minister of Free Zones and Special Regimes of the MICM.

The decree also establishes the repeal of article 9 of decree 339-20, as well as decree 592-23 and articles 1 and 2 of decree 386-23, as part of the administrative adjustments in the institutional structure.
