Santiago.- Banco Santa Cruz reaffirmed its commitment to the development of the construction sector and sustainable urban growth, during the presentation of the Vistas del Limonal residential project, a new housing proposal in Santiago.
Fausto Pimentel Peña, president of Banco Santa Cruz, highlighted the solid relationship that, since 2009, has united the financial institution with the company Constructora LVP, consolidating as a strategic link based on trust, shared vision and sustained growth.

Likewise, the president of Banco Santa Cruz emphasized that financing the construction sector goes beyond the simple placement of credits, becoming an engine of economic and social development. “Financing construction is promoting development, generating jobs, boosting local economies and being part of the dreams of thousands of families who will find their home, their investment and their future here”, he indicated.
Engineer Nolbert Pérez, president of
LVP, stated that Vistas del Limonal, with an investment of RD$7.016 million, is a unique residential project in Santiago, conceived as an integral proposal for families, investors, and young professionals seeking quality of life, accessibility, and a secure investment in Santiago.
During its execution, the project will generate between 600 and 800 direct and indirect jobs, contributing significantly to the dynamization of the construction sector and the strengthening of the local economy. In addition, it will raise housing standards in the area, increase the added value of the sector and attract new investments, consolidating itself as part of the urban modernization process that the city is experiencing.
The project contemplates the construction of 1,456 apartments, distributed in four-level buildings, with units of 70, 79 and 89 square meters, designed under modern criteria and with high-quality finishes. The project will include a clubhouse with swimming pools, a gym, sports courts, green areas, playgrounds, and a 24/7 security system with access control and surveillance.
The project began its commercialization phase in March 2026, with prices starting from US$67,000, offering facilities such as: reservation with US$500, initial payment from 20%, with the option of flexible installments. Contract signing after completing 5%. The delivery of the first units is scheduled for June 2028.
