Beauty Fest Olé 2026 kicks off with a powerful message about the emotional burden on women

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. – Within the framework of the official launch of the Beauty Fest Olé 2026, the first beauty convention was held under the concept #ClaimYourBeauty, with a powerful message developed through the discussion “The weight of your emotional baggage”, a space designed to open the dialogue about the invisible burdens that women face today. The launch event took place on Friday, May 1st, following a pre-launch in the city of Santiago, and brought together prominent figures from the media, as well as hundreds of women who gathered to reconnect with themselves and release their emotional burden. The panel featured the participation of psychologist Melissa Pol, along with renowned personalities such as artist Martha Heredia and influencers Juaris Moneró (La Bloguel), Yarissa Rodríguez and Madeli Galán. The conversation was moderated by Ana Abreu, who guided an exchange in which the panelists shared personal experiences, promoting a message of acceptance, transformation and empowerment.

This year, Hipermercados Olé transforms its customers’ experience with special offers throughout May in the beauty, personal care, and hair care categories, while inviting women to reconnect with themselves through the discussion “The weight of your emotional baggage”. This space addresses issues such as social pressure, imposed expectations, life on social media, and personal healing processes, explained Joelí Suriel, Marketing and Communications Manager of Grupo Olé. This conversation marks the beginning of a broader platform: Beauty Fest Olé 2026, an initiative that seeks to go beyond physical beauty, integrating emotional well-being, authenticity, and personal growth as fundamental pillars. With this proposal, Olé reaffirms its commitment to create valuable spaces for its consumers, driving relevant conversations that positively impact the lives of Dominican women. The event was attended by more than 300 people, who enjoyed the beginning of this three-day beauty convention, which culminated with a special closing by the artist Martha Heredia, who performed the official song of the Beauty Fest Olé 2026.
