The initiative is part of an alliance between Banco BHD and the Dominican Medical College, through which members of this professional guild can opt for mortgage loans for the acquisition and remodeling of housing with fixed rates from 6 months to 5 years, free appraisals during the first year of the agreement, exemption from prepayment penalty, early cancellation during the first two years and fixed legal fees on mortgage loans.
In addition, this benefits day covers products and services in which interested doctors can request vehicle loans with preferential rates and conditions, credit lines, leasing for the acquisition of medical equipment and credit cards, including the Mujer card, with exemption from the issuance fee.
Also, they can access exclusive discounts of up to 15% on the hiring of vehicle policies with MAPFRE BHD Seguros. Likewise, they receive guidance on the use of financial products.
The first phase of the fair took place from August 18 to 23, 2025, at the facilities of the Dominican Medical College, and now extends until the end of September in all BHD branches.
