As part of the deal, Boston will receive George, in addition to two first-round picks and two second-round picks in the draft.

Brown, the 2024 NBA Finals MVP, will bolster a Philadelphia team that already features Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey as its main stars, in addition to young talents VJ Edgecombe and Labaron Philon Jr..

During last season, Brown averaged 28.7 points, 6.9 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game, establishing himself as one of the best shooting guards in the league.
