Santo Domingo.– Members of the Central Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Dicrim) remained this Wednesday at the Auto Solution workshop, located on Tamboril Street, in the Manganagua sector, in the National District, where Richard Félix Santos was shot to death yesterday afternoon, Tuesday.
A team from this media outlet went to the scene this afternoon in search of information on the progress of the investigations. However, no authority offered statements on the case, while Dicrim agents continued to carry out procedures in the area.
According to witness accounts, the incident occurred after 5:00 in the afternoon, when two men traveling on a motorcycle, both wearing protective helmets, arrived at the establishment. One of them remained waiting on the vehicle, while the other entered the workshop and shot at Félix Santos without saying a word.

After committing the attack, the assailant left the establishment, got back on the motorcycle, and both fled the scene.
A witness, who requested to remain anonymous, indicated that the attacker apparently was looking for someone else after the shooting, but, upon noticing the presence of the victim’s relatives, decided to leave the scene.
So far, the authorities have not reported how many bullet wounds the victim received, nor have they offered details about the possible perpetrators or the motive for the crime.
The case remains under investigation by Dicrim and the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
