In Federico Velásquez street, corner of September 11th, in the Los Frailes I sector, the lack of asphalt has caused considerable damage to the vehicles of the inhabitants, who claim to feel forgotten by the authorities.
“Yo tengo más de 15 años viviendo aquí y esta calle donde nunca ha sido asfaltada. Es como si los que vivimos aquí no existiéramos”,
expresó una residente afectada.
