Azua, R.D. – The director of the Educational District 03-01 of Azua, Marino Lebrón Aquino, held a meeting with journalists and communicators from the province, in which he presented the main advances of his management and addressed issues related to the local education system.
During the discussion, held in the institution’s assembly hall, the official highlighted the incorporation of more than 70 new classrooms, the result of the inauguration of four educational centers in different parts of the province.
Among the cited infrastructures are the Las Yayas de Viajama high school, the Hermana Dolores García Alcaraz educational center, in Peralta, as well as the Juan Bautista Díaz Marte high school and the Dominicana Pérez Estepan school of Martínez, the latter located in the head municipality.
Also, he reported on the opening of two classrooms for the initial level at the Silvestre Antonio Guzmán Fernández school, as part of the efforts to expand educational coverage.
Lebrón Aquino valued the role of communicators in the dissemination of information and reiterated his willingness to keep communication channels open with the press.
The communicators Carlos Sención, Félix Julio Ramírez, Yeury Montilla, Wanda Vicente, Luis Conde Mesa, Efraín Pérez, Elisaul García, Héctor Lluveres, Francis Cano, Yojansi Nova, Miguel (Antony) Terrero, Luis Figuereo, Gabriel Vega, Rainel Montero and Claudio Gil, among others, participated in the activity.
The district director was accompanied by technicians América Díaz and Esteban Maríñez, the Human Resources analyst Elizabeth Báez, as well as his assistants Lisangela Ramírez and Deisi Nova.
