Emergency cemetery built after devastating earthquakes in Venezuela

Venezuela.– A little over an hour from La Guaira, one of the cities most affected by the earthquakes recorded on June 24 in Venezuela, an emergency cemetery was set up to bury the victims of the disaster.
Venezuelan authorities clarified that the site does not constitute a mass grave, as each deceased person is buried individually, following an identification protocol.
Each grave is marked with a cross, white stones, and an identification code that allows the body to be linked to a file and a photographic record, with the aim of facilitating its location and preserving the identity of the victims.
