Santo Domingo.- Given the evidentiary elements provided by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, a court sentenced a man to five years in prison for sexually abusing an adolescent in the Yamasá municipality, in the Monte Plata province.
The sentence was handed down against José Manuel Núñez (Culi), 22 years old, who was found guilty of committing the acts to the detriment of the 13-year-old adolescent.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office, represented by prosecutor José del Carmen García Hernández, demonstrated the defendant’s guilt during the hearing.
