Santo Domingo. – The School of Professional Specialization in Nails and Beauty (Esproub), the only private academy specializing in the area of nails with a continuous training system structured by levels, modules and competencies, held this Tuesday, November 25, in the Ibiza Hall of the Catatonía Santo Domingo Hotel, the graduation ceremony of the program, which is endorsed by the accreditation of the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic (Minerd), through the Directorate of Technical Professional Education.
On this occasion, 230 new Nail Technicians are completing a demanding professional training process, aimed at formal labor insertion and responsible entrepreneurship in the beauty sector. This achievement adds to the more than 160 graduates of the year 2024, who completed a 380-academic-hour program in twelve months under the continuous training modality, combining theory, guided practice, entrepreneurship, and business management.
Esproub has developed, for several years, its own pedagogical model, based on technical skills and good professional practices, which integrates content on safety and biosecurity, occupational health, customer service, salon management and professional ethics, aligned with international standards.

The ceremony was led by T.S.U. Francis Fernández, nail artist and international master, academic director of Esproub, along with representatives from Belleza Global BGRD, S.R.L. and authorities from the Miner, as well as guests from public and private institutions linked to the educational and beauty fields. In addition to the solemn certificate presentation ceremony, the event included an artistic-cultural project in which teachers, students, and allied schools told, through artistic designs on nails, aspects of the history and identity of the Dominican Republic, evidencing the high level of skill, dexterity, and theoretical knowledge achieved.
